334bd Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by 334bd's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement. Players are encouraged to read all three documents before registering a 334bd account. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any specific game rules or promotional terms published on the platform, the specific terms shall take precedence over the general Terms & Conditions for the purpose of that game or promotion only.

334bd provides online casino gaming and sports betting services to eligible players in Bangladesh. The platform is operated under international standards for online gaming, employs SSL encryption for all data transmissions, and sources all gaming content from independently audited third-party studios. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall be construed as a warranty of continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform, as technical maintenance windows and service interruptions may occur from time to time.

To be eligible to register and maintain a 334bd account, a player must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• Be an individual natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• Be acting on their own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of another person.
• Not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or officer of 334bd or any of its affiliated entities, game studio partners, or payment processing partners, unless prior written approval from 334bd's compliance department has been obtained.
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, either with 334bd directly or with any other gaming platform, that would preclude access to online gambling services.
• Not be using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law. It is the player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing 334bd is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of Bangladesh.

334bd conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. Players may be required to submit government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage of their relationship with 334bd. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by 334bd's compliance team may result in the suspension or closure of the player's account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

334bd strictly prohibits the use of the platform by individuals who are registered as problem gamblers with any national or international self-exclusion scheme. If you are aware that you have previously self-excluded from gambling services, you must not attempt to register a 334bd account. If a 334bd account is found to belong to a self-excluded individual, it will be closed immediately and any funds returned in accordance with the platform's responsible gaming procedures.

During registration, players are required to provide a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, their full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, their date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. 334bd reserves the right to refuse account registration at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Accounts created using temporary or disposable email addresses, virtual private networks (VPNs) designed to obscure geographic location, or anonymising proxy services may be flagged for enhanced verification or refused entirely.

Players must not share their 334bd account credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access or use their account, or transfer their account to another person. Any breach of these obligations renders the account holder liable for all activity conducted under their account during the period of the breach.

Account Verification Timeline

334bd aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documentation. During active verification, players may deposit and play but withdrawals will be held pending completion of the verification process. Players who have not completed verification within 30 days of their first deposit will be contacted by the 334bd compliance team with a formal verification request. Accounts that remain unverified beyond 60 days of the first deposit may be restricted.

Deposit Rules

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account being flagged for investigation. 334bd does not charge fees on deposits, though the player's mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.

334bd reserves the right to request verification of any deposit at its discretion. Deposits that cannot be verified to the satisfaction of 334bd's compliance team may be reversed and the corresponding gameplay voided. Where a deposit is subsequently found to have been made from a fraudulent, stolen, or disputed payment account, 334bd reserves the right to void all winnings associated with funds from that deposit and return only the original deposited amount (less any applicable reversal fees imposed by the payment provider).

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals from a 334bd account may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the 334bd account. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Players must have completed full KYC verification before any withdrawal request can be processed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 across all payment methods unless otherwise specified in a specific promotional offer.

334bd processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including Bangladeshi public holidays. Standard processing time targets are shown in the table above. These targets represent 334bd's internal processing commitments and do not account for delays caused by the receiving payment provider or bank. 334bd does not guarantee specific withdrawal delivery times but will make all reasonable efforts to meet the targets stated.

334bd reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may temporarily extend the processing time beyond the standard target. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to enhanced review and will be given an estimated revised processing timeline. Enhanced review does not constitute a refusal to pay and does not indicate that the player is suspected of any wrongdoing.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and VIP rewards offered by 334bd are subject to these general bonus terms in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between the general bonus terms set out here and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the specific promotion terms, all 334bd bonuses are subject to a minimum 30x wagering requirement calculated on the combined deposit and bonus amount. For example, a player who deposits ৳1,000 and receives a ৳1,000 bonus must wager a total of ৳60,000 before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from the bonus balance become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering contributions by game type are as follows:

• Slots (all providers): 100% contribution towards wagering requirements.
• Crash games (Aviator, Spaceman, JetX): 100% contribution.
• Live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette): 10% contribution.
• Sports betting (pre-match and in-play): 100% contribution on bets at odds of 1.75 or higher. Bets placed at odds below 1.75 do not contribute.
• Virtual sports: 50% contribution.

Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

Each player is entitled to claim the 334bd welcome bonus once only. Players who operate multiple accounts in order to claim multiple welcome bonuses will have all associated accounts closed and all balances voided. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts. 334bd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to a player's account. Once credited, a bonus may be forfeited by the player at any time from the Bonus section of account settings; forfeited bonuses and associated winnings cannot be reinstated.

334bd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, including ongoing promotions. Where an ongoing promotion is withdrawn or materially amended, players who have already commenced progress towards a wagering requirement at the time of the amendment will be permitted to complete that requirement under the terms that applied when the bonus was credited.

Bonus Abuse and Fraudulent Play

334bd monitors all bonus activity for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal variance, coordinated play between multiple accounts, exploitation of software bugs or errors, and use of automated betting tools or bots. Any player found to be abusing the 334bd bonus system will have their bonus balance and associated winnings voided and may have their account permanently closed. 334bd's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

Disconnection and Technical Faults

In the event of a disconnection during a game round, 334bd's system will attempt to complete the round using the last confirmed bet instruction received from the player's device. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault on 334bd's side, the player's stake for that round will be refunded to their account balance. 334bd is not responsible for disconnections caused by the player's own internet connection, device, or ISP.

In the event of a software malfunction, display error, or technical glitch that causes an incorrect game outcome or an incorrect display of winnings, 334bd reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the player's stake. Displayed winnings that result from a manifest technical error are not payable and will be reversed from the player's balance. 334bd will notify affected players of any voidings caused by technical errors.

Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting activity on 334bd is subject to the platform's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately within the Sports section of the platform. Key principles include: pre-match bets are settled using official results from the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.); in-play bets are settled using the score and statistics at the time the bet was accepted by the 334bd system; any bets placed after the commencement of an event that 334bd's system accepted in error will be voided; and 334bd reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time without prior notice.

334bd's maximum payout on a single sports bet is ৳5,000,000. Any single bet or accumulator that returns more than this amount will be capped at the maximum payout limit, regardless of the odds at which the bet was placed. This limit applies per bet slip, not per player per day.

By using the 334bd platform, players agree to conduct themselves in accordance with the following obligations at all times. Violation of any of these obligations constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure without prior notice.

Players Must Not:

• Use any software, script, bot, automated system, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or otherwise access 334bd platform features without human input.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of any part of the 334bd platform or any game supplied through the platform.
• Exploit any bug, error, or unintended feature of the platform to gain an unfair advantage, and must report any such discovery to 334bd support immediately upon becoming aware of it.
• Engage in any form of collusion with other players, including sharing information about live game states for the purpose of gaining a betting advantage, or coordinating wagers to exploit promotional offers or betting arbitrage opportunities.
• Use the 334bd platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity. 334bd is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities and will do so without prior notice to the player.
• Conduct any form of commercial activity through the 334bd platform, including but not limited to running a betting syndicate, operating a proxy betting service, or reselling 334bd account access to third parties.
• Post, transmit, or communicate any content on the 334bd platform that is abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, threatening, or otherwise offensive to 334bd staff or other players.
• Attempt to access the 334bd platform or other players' accounts using any method not expressly sanctioned by 334bd, including through unauthorised third-party applications or credential stuffing attacks.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

334bd maintains a comprehensive Anti-Money Laundering programme in accordance with international AML best practices. The platform applies enhanced due diligence to large or unusual transactions, monitors player activity for patterns inconsistent with legitimate gaming, and maintains records of all financial transactions for the period required under applicable standards. Players who are unwilling to cooperate with 334bd's AML procedures, including the provision of source-of-funds documentation when requested, will have their account restricted and withdrawal requests held pending compliance review.

334bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false registration information, or otherwise acted in a manner that is detrimental to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Grounds for Immediate Suspension

• Detection of duplicate or multiple accounts registered to the same individual.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or use of automated betting tools.
• Receipt of a chargeback or dispute from a payment provider on a deposit made to the account.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request in relation to the account.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.

Player-Initiated Closure

Players who wish to close their 334bd account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected] and requesting permanent account closure. Before processing a closure request, 334bd will confirm the player's identity, settle any pending bets or promotions, and arrange the withdrawal of any remaining balance to the player's verified payment method. Standard withdrawal processing times apply. Account closures are generally processed within 5 business days of the request being received.

Effect of Closure on Bonuses

Upon account closure — whether initiated by the player or by 334bd — any uncompleted bonus wagering requirements are forfeited and the bonus balance is voided. Real-money balances that can be attributed to genuine deposits (net of any bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to the outcome of any ongoing investigation. 334bd is not obligated to return bonus funds or winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds where the account has been closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
